House District 27 is one of the fastest growing and most diverse districts in the State of Texas. The cities that Representative Olivo represents are Arcola, Fairchilds, Fresno, the Village of Pleak, Richmond, Rosenberg, Thompsons, Houston (part), Missouri City (part), Stafford (part), and other areas in Fort Bend County included but not limited to Greatwood and Sienna Plantation.

 

 

Four school districts are in or overlap with District 27: Fort Bend ISD, Lamar Consolidated ISD, Needville ISD and Stafford MSD. The district is divided into 61 voting precincts. In 2004, a total of 60,168 people voted in the November election out of 86,119 registered voters.
